Experience
We want non believers to experience the grace of Jesus, so we commit to jump into their world
rather than wait for them to jump into our church world. We also believe one of the privileges of
meeting together as Jesus' followers, is that we get to experience Him. So when we come
together, we fully expect to connect with Jesus knowing He is right there in the middle of us,
whether that’s two people or two thousand.
Establish
We are convinced that every Christ follower needs good foundations to build upon. Jesus told
us that if we hear His words and put them into practice then our lives will be built on strong
foundations. So we want to teach these foundational truths to everyone in order to prepare
people for an uncertain future, for all that life brings our way, including the storms.
Equip
We believe that God’s plan is that we grow in our love for Him and people. One of the ways we
believe we grow is by learning as we get involved with helping others. As a result we want to
help everyone to discover their gifts and then get equipped to express them wherever they are
needed in society.
Empower
Jesus called us to be salt and light. To live God’s way so people would be drawn to Him. Jesus
also told us to teach others to obey God’s way of doing life. It’s pretty simple really. It involves
two things - loving God with everything and loving people in the same way. We believe that
every person who loves Jesus should be equipped and confident to help others in their journey
of finding Christ as Savior and then onto maturity as a follower of Him and so we want to
empower people to do just that. This is not a job for an elite few but for every follower of Jesus.
